TransCal™ 801M Conditioning Amplifier

The Beran 801M enables the TransCal™ Calibrators to perform Pressure, Insert Voltage and Electrostatic Actuator calibration on measurement microphones, preamplifiers, and sound level meters.

The Beran 801M Microphone Conditioning Amplifier has been designed specifically to automate the calibration of Measurement Microphones and their associated pre-amplifiers.

The Beran 801M Microphone Conditioning Amplifier is remotely controlled by the TransCal™ Calibration System. The Beran 801M Microphone Conditioning Amplifier contains all the necessary interface circuitry to perform Pressure, Insert Voltage and Electrostatic Actuator calibration.

Automated gain setting of x1, x10, x100 for channel Reference Microphone and Microphone Under Test via the TransCal™ 485 Workstation Application.
Selectable 20Hz HP filter for Reference Microphone and Microphone Under Test.
Over-range indication.
Acoustic coupler excitation.
Electrostatic actuator excitation.
Selectable microphone polarisation voltage levels.
Selectable pre-amplifier supply voltage levels
